Yes, with conditions: Instant Funding allows automated strategies within a defined framework. For a trade-manager EA, which places and manages the order you decided, have support confirm. Public commercial EAs, algorithms and robots forbidden; a proprietary system of your own is allowed.
Can I copy trades between my Instant Funding accounts?
Yes, copying between your own accounts is allowed. Copying allowed between accounts of the same holder, including from an account in your name at a broker or another prop firm.
